「一盅兩件」慢慢嘆,燒賣、蝦餃、臘腸卷、腸粉、雞球大包、糯米雞、馬拉糕、鹹水角……全都是老少咸宜的經典點心!點心的烹調方法主要為蒸、焗、煎和炸,而製作點心的工序精細而繁複,點心師傅一般須在茶樓開市最少兩小時前到達店舖作預備,如搓揉粉團、烹調餡料、切食材、調味等,以滿足一眾饕客的口福!

‘One pitcher, two pieces’ is the Cantonese way to appreciate dim-sum. Siumai, shrimp dumpling, Chinese sausage rolls, rice flour roll, chicken bun, glutinous rice in lotus leaf, Cantonese sponge cake, deep-fried dumpling, etc. are all classic dim-sum suitable for people of all ages. The main cooking methods of dim-sum include steaming, baking, stir-frying and deep-frying. The production of dim-sum requires delicate and complicated procedures. Dim-sum chefs will have to prepare at least two hours earlier in the kitchen before the opening of restaurant. They have to prepare the dough, the stuffing, the ingredients and seasonings to satiate the gluttonous customers!

本計劃由康樂及文化事務署非物質文化遺產資助計劃資助,非物質文化遺產辦事處主辦,並由長春社文化古蹟資源中心籌劃,非遺專車——「移動.非遺」會駛進全港中小學校園及各個社區,把不同非物質文化遺產(非遺)項目帶到大家身旁。非遺專車內設有展覽及互動設施,同時配有一系列教育及公眾節目,以有趣和互動的方式提升學生與公眾對非遺的認識,並從中學習欣賞和珍惜文化遺產。
