鹽田梓是一座位於西貢海的小島，而島上的鹽田梓村是一條陳姓客家村落。自1890年聖約瑟小堂於島上建堂後，島上的村民大多信奉天主教。每年五月，聖約瑟小堂會籌辦天主教儀式——主保瞻禮，讓村民領受天主的祝福。儀式充滿小島特色，例如舞麒麟、讀經、以廣東話和客家話唱出詩歌、讀禱文等。現時島上村民大多移居島外，但每年主保瞻禮時，遷居各處的村民都會回島上聚首一堂，儀式後更會召開村民大會呢！

Yim Tin Tsai is an island in Sai Kung Waters. Yim Tin Tsai Village is a Hakka village of the Chan Clan. A St. Joseph’s Chapel was built on the island in 1890. Most of the villagers are catholic. In May each year, St. Joseph’s Chapel will hold a catholic ceremony – Feast Day, where the villagers can receive blessings from the Lord. The ceremony is rich in unique features of the island, such as unicorn dance, bible and prayer reading as well as hymn singing in the Cantonese and Hakka dialects. Nowadays, most of the villagers moved out of the island. However, on the Feast Day, the villagers migrated out will return to participate in the event. A villager assembly will also be held after the ceremony.

/ 關於非遺專車計劃
本計劃由康樂及文化事務署非物質文化遺產資助計劃資助，非物質文化遺產辦事處主辦，並由長春社文化古蹟資源中心籌劃，非遺專車——「移動．非遺」會駛進全港中小學校園及各個社區，把不同非物質文化遺產（非遺）項目帶到大家身旁。非遺專車內設有展覽及互動設施，同時配有一系列教育及公眾節目，以有趣和互動的方式提升學生與公眾對非遺的認識，並從中學習欣賞和珍惜文化遺產。
